Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Vejen account and all of your data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete it in the app

The fastest way is right inside Vejen:

Open Vejen and go to the Settings tab.
Tap "Delete account…".
Enter your password to confirm.
Your account and data are erased straight away, and you're signed out.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your profile — email, display name, and password.
Every drive you've recorded, including all GPS track points, speeds, and timestamps.
Your home/privacy-zone settings.
Any stints you created — and, because a stint's route is your location data, the completions other people logged on those stints.
Your own stint completions and leaderboard standings.

This is permanent. We keep no backup of your personal data after deletion, and there's no way to recover it once it's gone.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in or install Vejen, email us from the address on your account at [account-deletion contact email, TBC] with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify you own the address and erase your data within [30] days.
